01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bd700 website accessible at https://bd700.io, including all sub-pages, services, games, betting markets and promotional features offered therein.
• "bd700", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the Platform.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses it in any capacity.
• "Account" means the unique registered account created by a Player on the Platform following completion of the registration process.
• "Real Money" means funds deposited by the Player from their own financial resources and held in their Platform wallet for the purpose of placing bets or participating in casino games.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback awards or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by bd700.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds or the sum of a deposit plus bonus must be staked on qualifying games before a withdrawal may be processed.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by bd700 before processing withdrawals or at any point bd700 deems verification necessary.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to real-money gambling services on the Platform is not permitted under applicable law.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process and creating an Account on bd700, or by accessing the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.
• You have read and accept the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bd700.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• All information you have provided during registration is accurate, complete and not misleading.

03 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account on bd700, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bd700 operates a strict 21+ policy across all real-money products without exception.
• You must be accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will for personal entertainment purposes.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any Prohibited Jurisdiction where accessing real-money online gambling is unlawful.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or any other restriction on gambling participation imposed by bd700 or any other operator.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent or close family member of an employee of bd700 or any of its affiliated software or game providers.
• You must register using your genuine legal name, date of birth, address and contact details. The use of pseudonyms, fictitious names or another person's identity is strictly prohibited.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether for the purpose of claiming additional bonuses, circumventing restrictions, or for any other reason — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

bd700 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 72 hours of a request will result in account suspension pending review.

04 Account Management

Players are solely responsible for all activity carried out through their Account. The following rules apply to account management:

• Your bd700 login credentials — including your username and password — must be kept strictly confidential. You must not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• bd700 will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to request your full password. Any communication purporting to do so should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bd700 support immediately at [email protected]. bd700 will investigate and may temporarily freeze the Account to prevent further unauthorised access.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that their Account details — including email address, mobile number and payment method — remain accurate and up to date at all times.
• Account balances do not accrue interest and may not be transferred between Accounts.
• Accounts that remain inactive — defined as no login activity — for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. bd700 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after providing prior written notice to the registered email address.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bd700 are governed by the following rules:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via bKash or Nagad. Minimum amounts for other payment methods may vary and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own legal name. bd700 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, shared wallets or business accounts.
• bd700 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own transaction charges; bd700 has no control over these charges.
• Deposits are credited to your bd700 wallet in real time in the vast majority of cases. Where a delay occurs, Players should contact support with their transaction reference number.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. bd700 may request additional verification before processing a first withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced review.
• Withdrawals are typically processed to the player's bKash or Nagad wallet within approximately 15 minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Processing times for bank transfer withdrawals may extend to 1–3 business days.
• bd700 reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership — before approving any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation will result in a hold on the withdrawal pending satisfactory verification.
• Any withdrawal request found to involve funds linked to a bonus that has not completed its associated wagering requirement will be declined until the wagering requirement is fully met.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

bd700 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement as specified in the terms of each individual promotion. The wagering requirement must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds are separate from Real Money funds. Real Money is used first in any wagering activity unless the Player has an active bonus with applicable staking restrictions.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, per IP address and per payment method.
• bd700 reserves the right to refuse, cancel or modify any bonus where it suspects the bonus is being exploited, abused, or where the Player has violated any condition of these Terms.
• All promotions have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements that are not completed before the promotion's expiry date will be forfeited automatically without compensation.
• Certain game types — including but not limited to live dealer games, specific high-variance slots, and instant win games — may contribute at a reduced rate or at zero contribution toward wagering requirements. The contribution rates for each game type are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of arbitrage strategies, low-risk betting patterns designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal actual risk, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers, is a breach of these Terms and will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and related winnings.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the bd700 platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet that has been accepted and confirmed by the system cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed by the Player.
• bd700 reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined, at bd700's reasonable discretion, that: (a) the bet was placed after the outcome of the event was already known; (b) the relevant market was offered in error (including pricing errors); (c) the event was subject to match-fixing, spot-fixing or any other form of manipulation; or (d) the bet was placed in breach of any applicable rule.
• In the event of a technical failure affecting the Platform, bd700 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation fairly. Where a round or bet cannot be completed due to a system error, the stake will be refunded to the Player's account. bd700 is not liable for losses caused by technical failures, connectivity issues, or device malfunctions on the Player's side.
• Cricket betting markets on bd700 — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series and other domestic tournaments — are governed by the rules published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform. Specific settlement rules apply to Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method outcomes, super overs, and abandoned matches.
• All casino games use independently audited RNG systems to ensure genuinely random outcomes. bd700 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session results.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits applicable to each game or market are displayed within the game interface or market view before the bet is placed. These limits may be adjusted at bd700's discretion without prior notice.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bd700 platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one Account on the Platform, whether in your own name or using another person's identity or details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated play with other Players in live dealer games or poker-style games for the purpose of artificially influencing outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any Player who discovers a bug must report it to [email protected] immediately and must not exploit it or share knowledge of it with other Players.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. bd700 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification or any other interaction with bd700.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other geo-masking technology.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing bd700 support staff or other Players via any communication channel.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the bd700 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, software, data, and the overall layout and design — is the intellectual property of bd700 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property law.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal entertainment purposes.
• Players must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish, transmit, sell, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without bd700's prior written consent.
• The bd700 brand name, logo and all associated marks are proprietary to bd700. Unauthorised use of these marks — including for the purpose of creating copycat or phishing sites — is strictly prohibited and will be pursued through all available legal remedies.
• Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is used by bd700 under licence. Players have no rights over such content beyond the right to play the games as intended.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd700 hereby states the following:

• bd700 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bd700 makes all reasonable efforts to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, bd700 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, free from viruses, or available at any particular time.

• bd700's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform is limited to the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• bd700 is not responsible for the quality, accuracy or availability of internet services, mobile networks or device hardware used by the Player to access the Platform. Network interruptions caused by Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk or any other mobile operator are entirely outside bd700's control and liability.
• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by bd700's negligence, or for any form of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by bd700.

11 Responsible Gaming

bd700 is deeply committed to promoting safer gambling and protecting vulnerable players. The following responsible gaming provisions form a binding part of these Terms:

• Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits directly from their account dashboard. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately but cannot be increased for a period of 7 days following the request, to prevent impulsive decisions during a gambling session.
• Players may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 72 hours or 7 days, during which login to the Platform will be suspended. This feature is available from the responsible gaming section of the account dashboard.
• Players may request voluntary self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the support team within 24 hours of receipt and cannot be reversed before the chosen period has elapsed.
• bd700 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. If bd700 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under the age of 21, the Account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any winnings accrued during a period of underage play will be forfeited.

12 Termination & Suspension

bd700 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Engagement in any form of bonus abuse or exploitation of Platform errors.
• A Player's voluntary request to close their Account.
• A Player's activation of a self-exclusion period through the responsible gaming tools.

In the event of Account closure for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

In the event of Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, bd700 reserves the right to withhold any balance — including Real Money funds — that is found to be directly or indirectly connected to the breach, pending investigation. Where fraud or other illegal conduct is confirmed, withheld funds will not be returned and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bd700 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect Players' rights or obligations — bd700 will provide reasonable prior notice by posting a notification on the Platform and, where feasible, by sending a notification to the registered email address on the Account.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not agree to the revised Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from them — whether contractual, tortious or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law in the jurisdiction in which the Platform operates.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and bd700, the Player is encouraged to contact the support team in the first instance, providing full details of the complaint. bd700 aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt. For complex disputes, the resolution period may extend to 28 days, during which bd700 will keep the Player informed of the progress of the investigation.

bd700 does not waive any right by failing to exercise or delaying the exercise of any right under these Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
